The Fasten HTr213 kit consists of the Ht213 rod holder, Mr125 mounting plate and Fs219 universal lock.

The FASTEN rod holder with mounting kit for 22mm and 25mm tubes (Ht213+FMr125 ). The Borika FASTEN spinning rod holder is a versatile, quick-release design for securely attaching a rod to a boat. It offers two degrees of freedom: rotation around the vertical axis in 30-degree increments and tilt relative to the horizon in 7.5-degree increments (this can be reduced using a set of DP230 adapter washers). In addition to the traditional ring lock, a rear stopper prevents axial rotation of the rod. A leash eye is located under the working part of the holder.

The holder's support is the universal FASTEN lock included in this set with a platform for mounting on a handrail with a diameter of 22 or 25 mm.
