The Fasten HTb213 kit consists of the Ht213 rod holder, Mb mounting plate and Fs219 universal lock.

The FASTEN rod holder with a hard-side mounting kit is a versatile, quick-release design for securely attaching a rod to a boat. It features two degrees of freedom: rotation around the vertical axis in 30-degree increments and tilt relative to the horizontal in 7.5-degree increments (this can be reduced using a set of DP230 adapter washers). In addition to the traditional ring lock, a rear stopper prevents axial rotation of the rod. A leash eyelet is located under the working part of the holder.
The holder's support is the FASTEN universal lock included in this set.
