Aquastar B-247-NT Inflatable Rowing Boat with Outboard Transom . The Aquastar 247 inflatable rowing boat ( with outboard transom ) is designed for two people. The boat consists of two sealed compartments: sealed tubes separated by airtight bulkheads. The bulkheads between the compartments are bag-shaped, providing increased safety. If one compartment is punctured, the bulkheads open in the direction of the puncture. This maintains pressure in the damaged compartment and keeps the boat afloat. The boat is made of 5-layer reinforced PVC fabric with a density of 900-950 grams per square meter. The fabric is very difficult to pierce with a hook or burn with a cigarette, and reeds and foreign objects will not damage it.
