By placing an order on this Website, the Buyer fully accepts the terms, payment methods, delivery rules, and return policies outlined below. 2. Subject of the Agreement

  • 2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the ownership of the Product to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product under the terms of this Agreement.

  • 2.2. The date of conclusion of the Agreement is the date the Buyer completes the order form on https://bark-boats.eu/ and receives confirmation from the Seller.

3. Ordering Process

  • 3.1. Orders are placed via the shopping cart interface, email, or direct telephone communication listed on the website.

  • 3.2. The Seller has the right to refuse an order if the provided contact details are incomplete or incorrect.

4. Pricing and Delivery
