The KT-4 transom wheel model boasts excellent quality and an affordable price. The base, which attaches to the transom, is made of 3mm steel. This prevents deformation even under heavy loads. The base is identical for the KT-1, KT-2, KT-4, and KT-5 models, allowing for modifications without drilling additional holes in the transom, and possibly without changing the base itself. The wheel frame, made of 30x30 profile pipe, features a groove system that allows for quick installation, removal, and adjustment of the working or stowed position. To ensure anti-corrosion treatment during wheel manufacturing, all components undergo a final surface cleaning in acid galvanic baths. The cleaned parts are then zinc-coated and passivated. A polymer coating is then applied to the outer surface and baked. Thanks to this thoughtful design, you can hold the boat with one hand while shifting the wheel between working and stowed positions with the other.
