The Fasten HTs223 set consists of the Ht213 rod holder and the Fs218 top-mount T-slot lock.

The FASTEN Ht213 rod holder is a versatile, quick-release design for securely holding a fishing rod on a boat. It features two degrees of freedom: rotation around the vertical axis in 30-degree increments and tilt relative to the horizontal in 7.5-degree increments. In addition to the traditional ring lock, a rear stopper prevents axial rotation of the rod. A safety leash eye is located under the rod holder. The holder is supported by a FASTEN universal lock.
Suitable for spinning rods with various reels and handle diameters up to 38 mm. The front of the holder features a slot for securing spinning rods with a spinning reel.

Essentially, the FS218 is a more compact, lightweight alternative to the FFr222 mounting kit.
Can be installed:
- in the T-slot of the boat/motorboat,
- in mounting platforms containing a T-groove, such as Mb218, TRk150, TRk255 (rigid side), Mp218, Mp219, Ms220, Ms221 (inflatable side).
A unique locking device that allows for quick and easy installation of the entire FASTen range of C-profile (T-slot) accessories onto a watercraft, which fit into the standard Fs219 lock.
