The AquaStar B-210FSD is a single-seater rowboat. This model is made of 5-layer reinforced PVC fabric with a density of 700 grams per square meter. This fabric is very difficult to pierce with a hook or burn with a cigarette, and reeds and foreign objects cannot damage it. All seams, both longitudinal and circular, are welded.

The AquaStar B-210FSD consists of two pressurized compartments (sealed tanks separated by airtight baffles)—a forward and aft compartment, each 28 cm in diameter. The baffles between the compartments are designed like a bag. If one of the boat's compartments is punctured, the bag-shaped baffles are deployed in the direction of the breach. This maintains pressure in the damaged compartment, and the boat remains afloat.
