The boat is made of high-quality five-layer reinforced PVC material with a density of 850 g/m² for both the boat's bladders and the bottom. This significantly exceeds the recommended GOST standards (according to GOST, only 640 g/m² is suitable for rowing inflatable boats or motorboats with an engine power of up to 3 hp), making the Ladya inflatable boat even safer and more durable.
Everyone knows that the seams (the joints where parts connect) bear the brunt of the load during the operation of a watercraft. Therefore, all seams are butt-glued using seam tapes and a two-component polyurethane adhesive. This overlapping of the joints on both sides ensures additional structural strength. Tensile tests of the seams have shown that they can withstand greater pressure than the material itself.
