In the production of the boat, high-quality five-layer reinforced PVC material is used, its density is 850 g/m2, for the boat’s cylinders and for the bottom material.
This significantly exceeds the standards recommended by GOST (according to GOST, for an inflatable rowing boat or a motorboat with an engine power of up to 3 hp, fabric with a density of only 640 g/m2 is suitable), which means that the Ladya inflatable boat is even safer and more durable.
Everyone knows that the seams (the joints where parts connect) bear the brunt of the load during the operation of a watercraft. Therefore, all seams are butt-glued using seam tapes and a two-component polyurethane adhesive. This overlapping of the joints on both sides ensures additional structural strength. Tensile tests of the seams have shown that they can withstand greater pressure than the material itself.
The outboard transom is manufactured using state-of-the-art technology from specially treated, high-strength bakelite. This transom offers maximum moisture resistance. A special transom mount evenly distributes and supports the motor's weight, reducing vibration.
